We require 24 hrs advance notice to allow our bakery to prepare your bakes.

Changes or cancellations for tables need to be made up to 24hrs in advance via the link in your Open Table confirmation email to avoid any fees or charges.

The table duration is 1.5 hrs starting from the time of the reservation, or 2 hrs for parties of 6 and over

Prices can be found via the menu links, are inclusive of VAT and subject to a discretionary 12.5% service charge. Please note that our menu prices can change seasonally and may differ from those at the time of booking.

We accept card payment only and don't take deposits or advance payments.

If you have a valid gift card you can use this as form of payment towards the final bill on the day of your visit.

Due to our cosy indoor layout, dogs are not permitted inside with the exception of guide and therapy dogs. However, we welcome dogs on our outdoor terrace and operate a 'paws on the floor' policy

SEATING - Our first floor seats 18 people, our second floor seats 14 people. If you have not booked the whole room seating, you may be seated with others in the room. If you wish to have the room to yourselves, this will incur a room hire charge, please email: mail@sltbath.co.uk

DECORATIONS - Feel free to bring TABLE decorarions. We do not allow sequins.

Every seat booked will need to join in the afternoon tea experience with the exception of children under 4.

We offer a Little Afternoon Tea menu for children under the age of 12.

Each menu is designed for one person only and cannot be shared.

It is essential to advise us about special dietary requirements or food allergies at the time of booking.

Our chefs order ingredients and prepare menus specifically to match the Opentable booking. Dietary requirements or preferences requested on the day, may not be able to be accommodated.

Whilst we offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten and dairy-friendly options, we may not be able to accommodate all types of dietary requests.
BOOKING POLICY
You will be charged a £15 cancellation fee per person if you change your mind upon arrival and no longer wish to have your pre-booked Afternoon Tea Experience. Any additional items ordered will be charged on top of the cancellation fee. For example, if ordering a cupcake and coffee, you will be charged for the cupcake and coffee, plus the £15 cancellation fee.
